Ingredients :
Chili , Onion , Garlic , Vegetable oil , Salt & Sugar .
Curry Fish :
1. Pour 1 packet of KOKOMO Sambal , Curry powder 25g and curry leaf into wok .
2. Add in fish and let cook for a few minutes until the fish is cooked
3. Pour in some water and coconut milk 300g . Bring to boil and serve hot .
Sambal Lady Finger :
1. Heat oil in pan and stir fry chopped garlic .
2. Add the lady finger and fry them until soften
3. Add KOKOMO SAMBAL to lady figner and fry serve hot .
Hot and Sour Fish :
1. Select fish 500g , lady finger 100g , tomato 100g , 2 slicers of tamarind.
2. Pour 1 bowl of water 500ml to boil and add 3~6 tablespoons of KOKOMO sambal
3. Put in lady finger , tomato , tamarind slicers and fish serve Hot .
Curry Chicken :
1. Pour 1 packet of kokomo sambal , curry powder 25g and curry leaf into wok .
2. Add in chicken or meat pieces stir fry using medium heat until even .
3. Pour in some water and coconut milk 300g . Bring to boil and serve hot .
Fried Noodles :
1. Prepare your desired fried noodles .
2. Add kokomo sambal to noodles and fry . Serve Hot .
Tomyam Soup :
1. Pour 1 bowl of water to boil and add in Kokomo Sambal .
2. Put in the tamarind , turmeric , chili and lime leave to boil .
3. Add in the shrimps and cuttlefish and cook for 10 minutes.
