Ingredients :
Salt , Citric Acid , Fish Powder , Prawn Powder , Herbs , Contain Monosodium Glutamate E621 , Disodium 5-Inosinate E631 and disodium 5'-Guanylate E627 as permitted flavour enhancer , contains thickening agents as permitted food conditioner . All food additives are from plant , yeast and synthetic origin . Manufacturing facilities are also process products that contain wheat ( Gluten ) , crustacean , fish and Milk .
Preparation Method :
Step 1 :
Add in Bestari Tom Yam Ready Mix Seasoning 50g & chicken meat 200g in 1.3 litre water . Bring to boil .
Step 2 :
Add in kaffir lime leaves ( 2 pieces ) , lemon grass ( 2 stalks ) , seafood / vegetable ( cauliflower 80g , carrot 60g baby corn 40g ) . boil for 2 - 3 minutes .
Step 3 :
Add in tomato ( 2 pieces ) and onion ring ( 1 unit ) . Simmer and ready to serve .
