ADAMI-Banana Fritter Flour
packing : 400gms +/-
Method of preparation :
1. Heat the oil for 3-4 minutes
2. 1 packet of ADAMI Banana Fritter flour (400gms) , 500ml of water . Blend until smooth and let the dough rest for 1 minute .
3. Dip the bananas into the batter and fr until golden brown.
4. Drain the oil and ready to serve .
Remark :
Adami Banana Fritter flour also suitable for frying with jackfruit , breadfruit , sweet potato and yam .
