Sambal Tumis Udang / Prawn Sambal Tumis
Ayam Brand™ Pes Sambal Tumis 180g / Ayam Brand™ Sambal Tumis Paste 180g
1 bawang, hiris nipis / 1 onion, thinly slices
2 sudu minyak masak / 2 tbsp cooking oil
500g udang / 500g prawns
Cara Memasak / Cooking Instructions:
1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dengan api sederhana. / Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Masukkan bawang dan tumis selama 2 minit. / Add onion and stir fry for 2 minutes.
3. Masukkan pes sambal tumis, kacau dan biarkan mendidih. / Add sambal tumis paste, stir and bring to boil.
4. Tambahkan udang dan kacau sehingga udang masak. / Add prawns and stir until prawns are cooked.
5. Hidangkan dengan nasi. / Serve with steamed rice.
