Asam Pedas Ikan / Fish Asam Pedas
Ayam Brand™ Pes Asam Pedas 180g / Ayam Brand™ Asam Pedas Paste 180g
1 sudu besar minyak masak / 1 tbsp cooking oil
300ml air / 300ml water
500g ikan / 500g fish
5 bendi / 5 pieces of lady’s finger
7-8 tangkai daun kesum / 7-8 stalks of laksa leaves
Cara Memasak / Cooking Instructions:
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis pes sehingga
naik bau / Heat up the oil and stir the paste until aroma release.
2. Masukkan air, kacau dan biarkan mendidih / Pour in water, stir well and bring to boil.
3. Masukkan ikan, bendi dan daun kesum / Put in the fish, lady’s finger and laksa leaves.
4. Perlahankan api dan biarkan mendidih selama 2 minit / Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Hidangkan dengan nasi / Serve with steamed rice.
