WHAT TO PREPARE TO COOK FOR MEE BANDUNG:
1) 1 packet of PERENCAH MEE BANDUNG ADAMI (200gm)
2) 7 eggs
3) 200gm of seafood (prawn or cuttlefish)
4) 100gm of green vegetable
5) 600gm of fresh mee
6) 50gm of cooking oil
7) 7 cups of water (1.4 litre)
8) 6 small onions (sliced)
9) 4 stalks of spring onion and salt to taste
HOW TO COOK:
1) Heat oil and fry small onions until brown
2) Add in water and PERENCAH MEE BANDUNG ADAMI and bring to boil
3) Add seafood, vegetable and eggs and cook for 10 mins
4) Then add in mee and cook for another 3 mins and add salt to taste
5) Serve hot with spring onion
6) Serving for 7 persons
